How service notes are written
Prep
What should be clear before the bay starts
Dirt level and cabin load matter more than package names alone.
Bay feel
Time, finish depth, drying, extras
These notes help avoid mismatched expectations on busy days.
Return
Why drivers come back for the same shine
Repeat value is described through results, not vague praise. Customers like Amara Petersen and Johan Venter often return for express exteriors plus one deeper detail each month.
